Tilden Park Golf Course features golf you won't find elsewhere in the Bay Area. Beautiful Berkeley Hills, close the UC Berkeley campus, is the location. Designed by William Park Bell Jr. the course offers 18 holes of challenging par 70 golf. The signature hole at Tilden Park is the 1st, a par 4, 420 yard uphill hole with an elevated green. It is considered to be one of the most difficult beginning holes in the Bay Area. Fairways are tree lined and the course is hilly. Tilden Park Golf Course is unique, but the course also offers a driving range with 3 levels and more than 60 stalls. There is also a bar and grill with full service. 2 putting greens and 2 short-game practice areas, as well as lessons are available. The Bay Area Golf Learning Center is open for membership there also.
