The website for Golf Courses in North America
Want to experience golf and feel a sense of being in the midst of some our countryís greatest historical momentís? Washington D.C. is the place!!!! Three of the areas public courses offer an interesting perspective. Langston Legacy Golf Course was first opened as a segregated course for blacks in 1939.It was listed on the National Registry of Places in 1991, and has several views that will showcase our history. Rock Creek Park Course has challenging fairways that seem to steal your balls, but it is extremely cheap. East Potomac Park is more expensive but offers a challenge to all levels of golfers...including miniature golf.
