The website for Golf Courses in North America
|
Colorado is the "mile high state", and the views at many of the courses will get you “high”. Remember that’s where your ball will go, too. The altitude makes for much longer and harder to control shots. It is recommended that you hit each club half a dozen times at the driving range to determine its distance before heading out to the course. Many of the courses in vacation areas are pricey, but the feel of hitting it a mile may be worth it!!! This is especially true in the Aspen area. The Denver area, Colorado Springs area, and Grand Junction areas, on the other hand, have many public golf courses for all play levels for reasonable rates.
